Ārepa and Cacao Raw Macaroons Recipe
My recipe for Ārepa and Chocolate Coconut Macaroons is just what you need to indulge your chocolate cravings. These nutrient-dense delights satisfy your sweet tooth while giving your brain a much-needed boost. Thanks to the powerful combination of Ārepa the brain drink powder and organic raw cacao powder. A favorite treat among my loved ones that's always in constant demand.
These decadent macaroons are made with only natural ingredients. They are also gluten-free, refined sugar-free, grain-free, and paleo, and vegan-friendly. They’re rich in chocolate flavor with a tart berry twist from the Ārepa powder, which is packed with brain-boosting nutrients. A perfect pick-me-up as these macaroons are raw to retain all the essential vitamins, healthy fats, and minerals.
Ārepa and Cacao Raw Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
2 ½ cups desiccated coconut
1 ½ cups cacao powder
13g cacao butter
140ml Agave syrup
1 ½ tbs Arepa the brain drink powder
Pinch of Celtic Sea salt (optional)
Method
Create a bain-marie by placing a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water, ensuring that the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl. Add the cacao butter to the glass bowl and stir often, allowing it to melt slowly.
In a food processor or large bowl, combine the coconut, cacao powder, Ārepa powder, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt, if using. Once the cacao butter has melted, add it to the other ingredients. If you're using a food processor, pulse on a low to medium setting until the mixture is well combined. If mixing by hand, stir thoroughly until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Roll tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture into macaroons or use a trigger scoop for a mess-free experience. Place the macaroons into a container and refrigerate, or for an extra crunch, dehydrate them on sheets at 35℃ for 5-7 hours, until they’re crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle.
Finally, store the macaroons in an airtight container in the pantry, where they'll stay fresh for up to one month.

Recipe Notes:
Raw macaroons are great to have on hand if you're dehydrating them its great to make a double batch as they keep perfectly for up to a month.
