Placing an order at Intentionally Natural is simple and secure. Just browse our collections, add your chosen products to your cart, and head to checkout when you’re ready.
You can check out as a guest or set up/sign in to your account to access saved details. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information, select your preferred payment method and confirm your order.
Once completed, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation—followed by updates and tracking details as soon as it ships.
Because shopping for natural beauty and wellness should feel just as good as the products themselves.
How can I find my order number?
Your order number will be in the subject line, at the top of your confirmation email, and also displayed on the top right as “Order # [number]” right after your purchase.
Can’t find it? Try searching your inbox for “Intentionally Natural” or check your spam or promotions folder—just in case. Still stuck? Reach out to us at hello@intentionallynatural.com and we’ll help you locate it.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply add your chosen products to the cart, then check out as usual—just make sure the gift recipient’s details are entered as the delivery address.
If you’d like to include a gift message, please add it in the Customer Notes section at checkout and mark it clearly as GIFT NOTE. While we don’t offer gift wrapping just yet, we promise to create a gorgeously natural unboxing experience for the lucky recipient.

How can I update my saved card details?
To update your saved card, you’ll first need to delete the old one. At checkout, select Credit Card as your payment method, then click Manage. From there, you can remove the card you no longer want by selecting Delete.
Next, place a new order and enter your updated card details at checkout. Simply select Credit Card, enter your new details (or choose Use a different card), and tick Save your card details.
You can also choose to set this new card as your default payment method by ticking the box provided.

How do I sign in at the checkout?
At checkout, simply click “Log in” at the top of the page. Enter your email and password to access your saved details and order history.

What should I do if I see the error message “Your email and password don’t match”?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and tracking is allocated, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. From there, you can follow your parcel every step of the way from “on its way” to “out for delivery” to “delivered” so you have complete peace of mind.
There’s nothing worse than waiting in delivery limbo, which is why we go above and beyond to get your naturals to you swiftly, safely and stress-free.
You can also log into your account anytime to view your order history and tracking updates.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Once packed and ready for dispatch,we aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible usually overnight because waiting for your naturals shouldn’t feel like forever.
But erring on the side of caution, our official estimated delivery times across New Zealand are:
- Urban areas: Next business day
- Rural areas: 1–3 business days
- Interisland and Great Barrier Island: 1–5 business days
- Waiheke Island: 2–3 business days
Please note: During peak periods or unexpected delays (like weather disruptions), deliveries may take up to 7 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived after that time, contact us at hello@intentionallynatural.com and we’ll look into it straight away.

How can I calculate my delivery fee?
It’s simple. We offer flat rate, carbon neutral shipping for $9 anywhere in New Zealand.

This means the courier tried to deliver your parcel but couldn’t usually because no one was available to receive it or access wasn’t possible.
If you’ve missed a delivery:
Check your tracking link for an update or redelivery instructions.
Our delivery partners will have sent you an email or left a delivery card with next steps.
You can use that information to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a nearby depot at your convenience.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
We know how frustrating it is to wait — especially when you’re excited for your naturals to arrive.
If it’s been more than 7 business days since your order was placed, here’s what to do:
- tracking link for updates — it may be delayed, in transit, or awaiting redelivery.
- hello@intentionallynatural.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
That said, we know you want your naturals quickly. So if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe for your area, don’t wait, reach out sooner so we can resolve it swiftly.
We’ll work with our courier partner to get your parcel to you safe, sound and stress-free.
Because waiting in the dark is never part of the experience.
I placed my order to my old address, how can I change it?
It happens! If you’ve just placed your order and realised it’s heading to the wrong address, contact us at hello@intentionallynatural.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery details.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.
If it’s already on its way, we’ll do our best to work with the courier to redirect it — or help you arrange a safe resolution.
