The Dishpod is a patented detergent dispenser, thoughtfully crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic right here in New Zealand. How the Dishpod came to be

The creation of the Dishpod was led by a desire to put a stop to using harmful toxins to clean the dishes. Where's the logic behind clean dishes compromising both our own and our plants health? 

Carly was inspired to rethink dishwashing from the ground up, prioritizing sustainability without sacrificing performance. She worked on her original formulation of the solid dishwash soap. Unlike soap bars when she popped it into her soap shaker, she found this new natural detergent bar was far a more effective cleaner than traditional dishwash soap bars. Unlike traditional dishwash soap bard the Dishop Bar makes light work of cleaning tough grease and grime while additionally leaving not soap spots or residue behind. 

As the dishpod isn't a soap bar the soap shaker was too liberal with dispensing the detergent which led to it becoming a bit of a mushy mess although not idea this is where the innovation of the Dishpod came about. 

The pursuit in changing the statuesque for good I believe will always be met with serendipity popping beneficial alignment in the path. Regan a builder and designer by trade new the soap shake wasn't the right fit for the dishpod. So, with a grand meeting of minds who sought to create a better option to the cleaner dishes dilemma Cary and Regan teamed up with Amber and Eugene to innovate the perfect dispensing system to distribute this new dish bar. 

What is a Dishpod 

The Dishpod’s  is a solid dish bar detergent dispensing system unlike anytime else. In fact, this kiwi innovation is a first of its kind patented design. A testament to the mission of finding a more sustainable, natural, safe and effective way to clean the dishes.

The Dishpod is made from post-consumer recycled plastic. So, each one is unique you may see slight variants of speckles in the Dishpod itself. Each one is provids a second life to discarded plastics while saving the need for more plastic to be bought into your home. When you make the sway to the Dishpod you save yourself form purchasing more plastic bottles. Each Dishpod bar will provide you with roughly 3 x 500ml bottles worth of liquid detergent.  Doing so while looking aesthetically pleasing on hte bench in addition to saving you storage space with its compact discreat design. 

The solid detergent bar is made from 100% plant-based surfactants and infused with lemongrass essential oil. This soap-free bar is as effective as it is kind to the environment. It’s free from palm oil and eco-toxins to ensure each wash is tough on grease and grime without causing harm to the envoriment.

I have searched for the perfect alternative for many years now to clean my dishes. I have tried everything out there and noting compares to how the Dishpod has meet my personal strict expectations.

As someone who's skin is easily irritated bydetergents and dish soaps the Dishpod has exceed my hopes and expectations. Not only dose it deliver a superior clean, it dose so in the most gentle and natural way. I'm thrilled to bring the Dishpod to the Intentionally Natural family of natural wellness products for the home. 

It's no secret I believe in leading by example. For me taking a natural approach to wellness means finding ways to facilitate that in all aspect of my life.
