Pacific Harvest Agar Powder is a 100% natural plant base flavorless and odorless premium agar powder. Agar powder is the vegan alternative to gelatin, used to set and stabilize foods.
Pacific Harvest Agar Powder is sustainably grown and harvested in India and is naturally derived from red seaweed (Gracilaria verrucosa). It can be used in raw baking as a vegan friendly egg replacement or used to create jellies, gummies, vegan cheesecakes, ice creams as thickening agent in sauces and so much more.
Agar powder is simple to use, it sets at room temperature and a little goes a long way. Agar powder also provides texture and substance when incorporated into recipes allowing for fat and sugar to be reduced or replaced.
Pacific harvest Agar Powder is tested for heavy metals and contaminates in accordance with the ANZ food code.

Where we ship
We ship throughout New Zealand. Urban and rural, both islands, including Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island.
We do not ship internationally at present. International delivery is planned. Join Stay IN the Know and you will hear first.
Delivery cost
Flat rate carbon neutral delivery is $9 anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery is free on all New Zealand orders over $90. No code is required.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are dispatched promptly, usually the same or next business day. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- Urban New Zealand: next business day
- Rural New Zealand: 1 to 3 business days
- Interisland and Great Barrier Island: 1 to 5 business days
- Waiheke Island: 2 to 3 business days
During peak periods or weather disruption, please allow up to 7 business days. If your order has not arrived after that, email hello@intentionallynatural.com and we will trace it with our courier partner.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Tracking is also available in your account under order history.
If the email has not arrived or the link is not working, email hello@intentionallynatural.com.
Free 30 day returns
We offer free 30 day returns from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email hello@intentionallynatural.com with Product Return in the subject line. Include your order number and which item you are returning.
We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without arranging a return first cannot be accepted.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used products
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous or flammable goods
- Gift cards
These exclusions exist for hygiene, safety and legal reasons. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, email us before sending anything back.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. They are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@intentionallynatural.com with your order number and a photograph.
We will review it promptly and send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest route is to return the original item under our 30 day policy, then place a new order for what you would prefer.
Your refund is processed as soon as the return arrives with us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email hello@intentionallynatural.com.
