Shipping Policy
At Intentionally Natural, we take pride in offering fast and reliable shipping services. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. For urban areas within New Zealand, our goal is to have your natural goods at your doorstep the next day once they've been picked up by our courier partner.
Estimated Delivery Times Across New Zealand:
- Urban Areas: Overnight
- Rural Areas: 1-3 days
- Interisland: 1-5 days
- Waiheke Island: 2-3 days
Please note that these delivery times are general guidelines, and in some cases, deliveries may take up to 7 days to arrive. Delays can occur during peak periods, such as Christmas, or due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, which are beyond our control. If you haven't received your delivery within 7 business days, please reach out to us via our contact page on the Intentionally Natural website or via hello@intentionallynatural.com. We'll promptly work with our courier partner to resolve the delay.
If you reside outside New Zealand currently we are unable to ship to you. We will offer worldwide shipping in the near future so be sure to sign up to our IN the know newsletter so you will be the first to know. We are human and at time there may be uncontrollable circumstances that delay your deliver should this happen we appreciate your patience and understanding and will ender to sort any issues out swiftly.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Intentionally Natural purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Here’s what you need to know on how to lodge a return with us:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, email us at hello@intentionallynatural.com with "Product Return" in the subject line. We’ll guide you through the process personally form there and provide a return shipping label along with simple instructions on what to do next.
- Non-Eligible Returns: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We will accept returns on sale items if that are defective, damaged upon arrival to lodge a return follow the returns process outlines in the above 30- day returns section.
Exchanges
To ensure you get exactly what you want, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. As with returns, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
