Dishpod Solid Dishwash Refill Bar

Use the Dishpod Refill Bar :
Pop the new bar into your dishpod and replace the lid then simply hold the Dishpod under running water and shake for 7-10 seconds. The warmer the water, the sudsier your sink. This amount of time will vary depending on your water pressure, the size of your sink, just how dirty those dishes are, and how much you enjoy suds!

Maintain Your Dishpod bar:
Keep your dishpod bar in the dishpod. After each use, allow the Dishpod to drain any excess water by placing it on its drip tray.
Keep the Dishpod in a dry place between uses to prolong the life of the solid dish bar.

The liquid that collects in the Driptray is a detergent super concentrate and, as a result, is a super cleaner! The possibilities are endless - tip the contents into the sink to top off your dish water or onto the bench top for a good wipe-down after the dishes are done.

Where we ship

We ship throughout New Zealand. Urban and rural, both islands, including Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island.

We do not ship internationally at present. International delivery is planned. Join Stay IN the Know and you will hear first.

Delivery cost

Flat rate carbon neutral delivery is $9 anywhere in New Zealand.

Delivery is free on all New Zealand orders over $90. No code is required.

Delivery timeframes

Orders are dispatched promptly, usually the same or next business day. Estimated delivery once dispatched:

• Urban New Zealand: next business day
• Rural New Zealand: 1 to 3 business days
• Interisland and Great Barrier Island: 1 to 5 business days
• Waiheke Island: 2 to 3 business days

During peak periods or weather disruption, please allow up to 7 business days. If your order has not arrived after that, email hello@intentionallynatural.com and we will trace it with our courier partner.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Tracking is also available in your account under order history.

If the email has not arrived or the link is not working, email hello@intentionallynatural.com.

Free 30 day returns

We offer free 30 day returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email hello@intentionallynatural.com with Product Return in the subject line. Include your order number and which item you are returning.

We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without arranging a return first cannot be accepted.

What cannot be returned

• Opened or used products
• Custom or personalised items
• Hazardous or flammable goods
• Gift cards

These exclusions exist for hygiene, safety and legal reasons. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, email us before sending anything back.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. They are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Email hello@intentionallynatural.com with your order number and a photograph of the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@intentionallynatural.com with your order number and a photograph.

We will review it promptly and send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest route is to return the original item under our 30 day policy, then place a new order for what you would prefer.

Your refund is processed as soon as the return arrives with us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email hello@intentionallynatural.com.
