For urban areas within New Zealand, our goal is to have your natural goods at your doorstep the next day once they've been picked up by our courier partner.

Estimated Delivery Times Across New Zealand:

• Urban Areas: Overnight
• Rural Areas: 1-3 days
• Interisland: 1-5 days
• Waiheke Island: 2-3 days

Please note that these delivery times are general guidelines, and in some cases, deliveries may take up to 7 days to arrive. Delays can occur during peak periods, such as Christmas, or due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, which are beyond our control. If you reside outside New Zealand currently we are unable to ship to you. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Intentionally Natural purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Here’s what you need to know on how to lodge a return with us:

Exchanges

To ensure you get exactly what you want, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. As with returns, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
